What happens after you press send
Your message is kept with a reference, which you see on the screen straight away, and it waits until it is answered. The answer comes from KinkEU, never from a person's name.
If you cannot get into your account
Try recovery in the app first, because it works on its own and it is faster. If the address on your account is out of reach, choose the subject about signing in and say what happened. Nobody here can lift an app lock for you, and nobody here can change an account from a message.
What we ask for, and what we never do
Four things: the subject, your message, an address to reply to, and a name if you want to give one. No telephone number, no country, no age and no files. Links in your message are read as plain text and are never opened.
