Acceptable use

What you may not do on KinkEU, stated plainly, so that nobody has to guess. These rules are part of the terms of service. Breaking them can lead to the removal of content and of an account.

People

• nobody under 21, in any role, in any picture, recording, drawing or description
• no material that presents an adult as a child, or that is made to read as a child, whatever the age of the person in it, and whether or not everybody involved agreed
• no picture or recording of a person who did not agree to it being made and to it being here, including intimate images shared without consent and material made or changed to look like a real person
• no impersonating another person, and no claiming to speak for KinkEU

Consent

Everything here rests on consent that is real and can be withdrawn. Nobody may be pressured, tricked, threatened or held to something they have withdrawn from. No agreement written anywhere on KinkEU can take away a person's right to stop.

Illegal activity

• nothing that is illegal where you are, or where the other person is
• no trafficking, exploitation or coercion of any person, and no offering, arranging or buying anything on behalf of somebody who is not acting freely
• no offering, arranging or buying sexual services for money where that is unlawful, in the place where it would happen
• no sale of anything the law does not allow to be sold, including weapons, drugs and stolen goods
• no fraud, no money laundering, and no use of KinkEU to hide where money came from
• no threats, no harassment, no hatred against a person or a group, and no incitement to violence

Money and Keys

• what members pay each other outside KinkEU, in cash or through a payment link a provider publishes, is between them. Do not ask KinkEU to hold, move, guarantee or refund it
• no trading Keys for money or anything of value outside KinkEU
• no fake accounts, fabricated activity or other manipulation to obtain Keys
• no use of a withdrawal to move money that is not yours, or that came from a crime

The platform

• no attempt to reach parts of KinkEU that are not yours, or to test or break its protections
• no automated collection of what other people publish here
• no attempt to work out who somebody is from what they have chosen to show, and no publishing of anybody's private details
• no spam, and no promotion of anything unrelated to what you offer here

Reports

Reporting something is not a promise that we agree. It is a promise that it will be looked at. A report made in bad faith, repeatedly, is itself a breach of this document.

What happens

We may remove content, and restrict, suspend or close an account, that breaks these rules or the law. Where we do, we give the reason, and there is a way to appeal. Some things are removed at once and appealed afterwards, because leaving them up while an appeal runs would be the harm. Where the law requires it, we report material or conduct to the authorities.

Changes

This document carries a version. When it changes the version changes, and a translation is published only when it is complete.
