Version 2026-10-31
What may be published here, what may not, who is responsible for it, and what happens to it.
This is an adult platform
KinkEU is for adults. Adult material is what this place is for, and publishing it here is not a breach of anything. Consensual BDSM and fetish material between adults is welcome. The limits below are limits, not disapproval.
You are responsible for what you publish
- you are the producer of everything you publish, send, upload, sell or stream, and of everything you ask the AI Studio to make, and you are responsible for it and for having every right and permission it needs
- KinkEU does not write, check in advance, choose or approve what members publish, and does not adopt it as its own
- every person in sexually explicit material you publish must have been 21 or over when it was made and must have agreed to it being made and published here. Where the law requires a producer to check and keep proof of age, identity and consent, keeping that proof is your duty, and you must show it to us if we ask
- a person shown in your material may withdraw their agreement to it being published here, and then it comes down
- the terms of service say what you promise for every item you publish
What is never allowed
- anybody under 21, in any picture, recording, drawing or description
- material presenting an adult as a child, or made to read as a child
- a person who did not agree to being in it or to being published here
- material made or changed to show a real person in a sexual way without their agreement
- material recording a real crime against a person
- sexual exploitation or trafficking of any person, or anything that arranges it
- anything that exists to arrange harm to somebody outside a consensual scene
- sexual material that shows strangulation, choking or suffocation, an act that threatens a person's life, or an act that causes or realistically appears to cause serious injury to a person's anus, breasts or genitals
- sexual material that shows, or realistically appears to show, sex without consent, even when it was staged between consenting adults
- sexual material involving an animal or a dead body
- anything else the acceptable use document forbids
The first four are removed at once and appealed afterwards, because leaving them up while an appeal runs would be the harm.
Adult and strong media is marked and chosen
- adult media must be marked as adult by the member who publishes it
- strong material, including BDSM scenes with pain, restraint, blood or marks, must be marked with the strongest warning the app offers for it, so that only members who chose to see it do
- media that is not marked, or is marked too weakly, may be marked by KinkEU
- adult media is never used as a profile photo, a cover or a picture on a public page
- a member sees adult media only after choosing to see it in the app's settings. Until then it is covered
Media by app region
Some countries forbid more than this list. KinkEU applies the rules of the app region each member chooses, at the age question and in the app, as the terms of service say:
- where a kind of media is not allowed in that region, it is covered with the notice "This kind of media is not available in your country", and nothing else about the post or the profile changes
- where material is found to break the law of one country, after a report or a legal order, it is withheld in that country, and the member who published it is told why, unless the law forbids telling them
- you are responsible for what the law where you are allows you to publish and to view
Made with AI
Pictures, films, music and text made in the AI Studio carry a mark saying they were made with AI. The rules on this page apply to them exactly as to anything else. Nobody may use AI to show a real person sexually without their agreement, or to show anybody as, or looking like, a child.
How content is reviewed
KinkEU hosts what members publish and does not check each item before it appears. Content stays up unless it is reported, or comes to our attention another way, and is then found to break these rules or the law.
- where the law requires certain content to be looked for, such as material showing the sexual abuse of a child, KinkEU uses automated tools to find it, and people review what those tools find
- automated tools also help sort reports by urgency and suggest likely breaches
- a person can always review a decision that removes your content or restricts your account, if you appeal
What you keep
What you publish stays yours. By publishing it you give KinkEU permission to store it, copy it as needed to show it, and show it to the people you chose, for as long as you keep it here. That permission ends when you remove it, apart from copies kept for a short time for safety or because the law requires it. We do not sell what you publish, we do not license it to anybody, and we do not use it to promote KinkEU.
Where your material can be seen
Media here is protected so that casual copying is harder and a leaked copy can be traced to the account it was shown to.
This does not stop a screenshot and nothing can. Anybody who can see something can record it. Your material is never made safe from copying, and any service claiming otherwise is wrong.
Removal
Where we remove or restrict something, we say which rule or law it broke, and there is a way to appeal. Where removal is required by law we say that instead, because they are different things. The reports, removal and appeals document says how both work.
Changes
This document carries a version. When it changes the version changes, and a translation is published only when it is complete.
