Version 2026-10-31
These are the rules for using KinkEU. By joining, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use KinkEU.
Who may use KinkEU
You must be 21 or over. The minimum age on KinkEU is 21 everywhere, in every country and every state, even where the law allows adult material from a younger age. You must be able to make a binding agreement where you live, and the law must not forbid you from using a service like this one.
You are responsible for keeping your account and your sign in safe, and for what is done with it.
Your app region and where you live
KinkEU keeps two places for you, and they do different things.
- your app region is the region whose rules apply to what you see. You choose it, at the age question and in the app, and you can change it whenever you want. The change takes effect at once. When you choose it you confirm that it is your region, and you are responsible for following its law
- KinkEU applies the rules of your app region: the kinds of media that may be shown there, and the features that may run there. Where a kind of media is not allowed, it is covered with a plain notice instead of being shown. Where a feature is not allowed, it is switched off for that region. The minimum age is 21 whatever app region you choose
- each change of your app region is recorded with its date, the region before and the region after
- where you live is separate. It is shown on your profile and used for search, and it does not decide which rules apply to what you see
- where the law of the place you are actually connecting from requires an age check, or where material is withheld in a place by a legal order, KinkEU also follows the place you connect from. That is the only thing your connection decides
- you must follow the law where you are, whatever app region you choose. KinkEU is not responsible for a member's use of it against their local law
What KinkEU is, and what it is not
KinkEU is a project for freedom of expression in the fetish and BDSM world. It provides tools for discovery, verification, moderation and communication between adults. It is not an ordinary dating app.
- KinkEU is not a party to any agreement, meeting, session, order, booking or payment between members
- KinkEU is not an agent, broker, employer, guarantor, partner or representative of any member, and does not introduce people for a fee
- KinkEU does not run criminal background checks or any other background checks on members, does not supervise meetings, and does not guarantee that anybody is who they say, or will do what they offer
- disputes about money, services or conduct between members are between those members. We may act on our own rules, but we do not decide their agreement and we do not compensate either side
A female led world, chosen by every member
KinkEU is a female led world. It is a themed setting for consensual role play in the fetish and BDSM world, and its theme is part of what KinkEU expresses. In this world, women, trans women and non binary people may take the leading roles, and men take following roles. Anybody may also follow, and every relationship arranged here includes at least one woman, trans woman or non binary person.
- every member chooses to join this world, and accepts its theme and its roles when joining. Nobody is placed in it without choosing it
- the roles are a setting for play between consenting adults and the house rules of this members' community. They are not a judgement about anybody, inside KinkEU or outside it
- the roles change nothing about what a member pays, earns, offers or withdraws
- a member who does not want to take part in this theme should not join, and may leave at any time
Members and providers are independent
Every member is fully responsible for their own content, conduct, meetings, deals and payments, on KinkEU and off it.
Providers are independent. They decide their own services, prices and terms, and they alone are responsible for those services, for their prices, for any cash they take, for any licence or permission their work needs where they are, and for their own taxes. Nothing on KinkEU makes a provider part of KinkEU.
Nobody profits from KinkEU
Nobody profits from KinkEU except providers, from their own services. The makers take no profit, salary or income. KinkEU does not operate through any company or business bank account. Its own income is spent automatically, in digital currency, on the project itself. No person, company or organisation controls the members' critical data or the project's wallet.
The service is provided as is
KinkEU is free to use and is provided as it is and as it is available. We work to keep it running and secure, but we cannot promise that it will always be available, free of errors, or right for any particular purpose. Features may change or stop. Where a change takes away something you paid for, you are told in advance and keep what the law gives you.
This does not limit the rights the law gives you as a consumer for digital content or services you paid for, including Keys, storage and Pro: they must work as described, and if they do not, you have the remedies the law gives you.
Verification is a checked fact, never an endorsement
Where you see a badge, it states one specific thing that was checked, on one date. It is not a statement that a person is safe, honest, of a certain age, or good at what they do, and it is never a recommendation.
No professional advice
KinkEU does not give medical, legal, financial, investment or tax advice. Nothing on KinkEU is such advice, including what other members write.
Taxes and reporting
Taxes and reporting on anything you earn or receive here are your own responsibility, wherever you live. KinkEU does not withhold, collect or pay tax for you, and does not tell you what you owe. Where the law requires it, we may ask providers for the tax details the law names, and share information with a tax authority or another authority.
What it costs
Using KinkEU is free. Some extras cost Keys, and the sections below say which and how much. A price may change. When a price goes up, notice is given in advance and the new price applies only from a stated date.
Keys
Keys unlock features inside KinkEU.
- one Key is worth one US dollar. That is the price of a Key, and every price shown in Keys is a price in US dollars
- Keys are a digital product used inside KinkEU. Holding Keys gives you a personal, limited licence to use features inside KinkEU. They are not property you own, and they are not money, not electronic money, not a deposit, not a payment service and not an investment. They earn no interest and have no value outside KinkEU, and nobody should buy them expecting a profit
- Keys you bought are never exchanged back for money. Only Keys you earned from other members can be withdrawn, as the section on withdrawals below says
- selling or trading Keys outside KinkEU is not allowed, and is grounds for reversal
- Keys do not expire. A balance is kept for as long as the account is open and in good standing
- when an account ends, for any reason, the Keys left on it are not refunded and not paid out. They are shared out automatically, at random, among other members, as the section on Keys of a closed account below says
- we may reverse Keys obtained through fraud or manipulation, including fake accounts, fabricated activity, or any manipulation of the earning rules. The reason is given and there is a right of appeal
- Keys you paid for are not reversed as a penalty for earning fraud. They are reversed only if the payment itself was fraudulent or was reversed
Free Keys for new members
A new member can receive free Keys, step by step, for first steps shown in the app. Each step pays once per person, ever. The steps and how many Keys each pays may change. Free Keys can be spent like other Keys, but they can never be withdrawn.
Paying another member in Keys
You can spend Keys on another member for something they offer, where they accept Keys. They set the price in Keys themselves.
- the Keys you spend reach the other member at once, except where the app holds them until the thing paid for is delivered
- KinkEU takes a fee of 1 Key on every payment one member makes to another. The fee is taken from what the receiver gets, never from more than they received. If the fee changes, notice is given in advance
- you cannot send Keys to another member for nothing. Keys only reach another member as payment for something
- KinkEU never refunds a payment between members itself. Where the app finds that something paid for was not delivered, such as a question nobody answered in time, the Keys come back on their own. A provider may also choose to give Keys back. Otherwise a payment in Keys is final, and it is not reversed because one side is unhappy with the other
Buying Keys
Keys you buy are delivered to your account as soon as your payment is confirmed.
- buying Keys has no fee. You receive one Key for every US dollar you pay
- before you pay, you tick a box confirming that Keys are a digital product delivered to you at once and that all payments are final. Because the Keys are delivered at once with your agreement, any right to cancel the purchase ends when they are delivered, where the law allows that
- a card payment, when it is offered, is made on the payment partner's own page, and its own terms apply to it
- the purchase is shown in your Keys history in the app
What KinkEU itself never refunds
KinkEU never refunds Keys, storage, Pro or gifts itself. KinkEU's own fees come back on their own where the app finds that the thing paid for did not happen. Nothing in these terms removes a right the law where you live gives you and does not allow to be removed, including a right to a remedy when a digital product does not work as described.
Storage and Pro
- every member has an amount of storage for free, shown in the app
- more storage and Pro are paid for in Keys, by the month, at the prices shown in the app
- neither renews by itself. When a month ends and you have not paid for another, new uploads past your storage are refused. Nothing you already stored is removed because of it
- you can buy storage or Pro as a gift for another member. A gift is paid by you and belongs to them
Mystery boxes
A provider may offer mystery boxes: a box at a stated price, with a guaranteed item and a chance at something rarer. Each provider designs their own boxes within the rules below.
- every box has a guaranteed item, shown before you pay, which is worth at least the price of the box at the provider's own usual price for it. You always receive at least that. Chance decides only whether you receive something more
- the rarer contents are things only the provider can give: exclusive content, a special item, a badge or a perk inside KinkEU
- everything a box can hold, and how likely each thing is, is shown before you pay
- nothing a box holds has a money value. It cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for Keys or money, sold or passed on
- mystery boxes are only for members 21 or over, and are switched off for members whose app region forbids paid chance boxes
- the provider is responsible for the box, its contents and their delivery. KinkEU is not a party to it
Keys of a closed account
When an account ends, whether its holder closes it, it is closed for breaking these terms, or it ends for any other reason, the Keys left on it go back into the community.
- they are shared out automatically and at random among other active members in good standing. Nobody chooses who receives them
- nobody pays anything, buys anything or does anything to be eligible, and nobody can enter or improve their chance. Receiving them is never a prize for a payment
- Keys received this way are given Keys. They can be spent, but they cannot be withdrawn
- Keys obtained by fraud, Keys under a legal hold, and Keys in a withdrawal already being paid are not shared out. Fraudulent Keys are reversed
- when an account is closed for breaking these terms, its Keys are frozen, not taken. They stay on the account for 365 days, and for as long as an appeal against the closing is open, whichever is longer. If the closing is undone, the Keys are the member's again. Only if the closing still stands after that do they leave the account and are shared out as above
- by joining KinkEU you agree to this. If you want to use your Keys, use them, or withdraw the Keys you may withdraw, before you close your account
Withdrawals
Any member may ask to withdraw Keys they earned from other members, within the limits the app shows. Withdrawals may be paused or limited for an account, and being paid once is not a promise for later.
- a withdrawal is paid in a digital currency that tracks the US dollar, to a wallet address you give, on the network the app names. One Key is paid as one US dollar
- only Keys you earned from other members, as payment for something you offered, can be withdrawn. Keys you bought, free Keys and Keys given to you by KinkEU cannot
- withdrawals have limits for each withdrawal and for each period, and there may be an amount that must always stay on the account. The limits that apply to you are shown in the app before you ask. They are set to follow the rules that apply to transfers like these, and may change when those rules, safety or the risk of fraud require it. A change applies to withdrawals asked for after it
- you may ask for a higher limit. Each request is looked at on its own, and it is granted or refused at KinkEU's discretion, for reasons of law, safety or fraud prevention. You are told the outcome and, where the law requires it, the reason. There is no right to a higher limit, and a higher limit may be lowered again for the same reasons
- a withdrawal is never guaranteed. It may be delayed or refused where the law or safety requires it, and you are told when that happens, unless the law forbids telling you
- each member has one wallet for withdrawals, and it must be a wallet you yourself control. Every wallet address is checked before it is paid, and an address linked to sanctions or crime is refused
- accounts that belong to the same person, or are linked to each other, share one set of limits. Splitting withdrawals, or using several accounts, to get round a limit is not allowed, and ends withdrawals for the accounts involved
- when you ask, the Keys are held at once. They leave your account only when the transfer is confirmed. If the withdrawal is refused or the transfer fails, the Keys come back to your balance, except while a case about a possible breach of these terms is open on the account. Then they stay held until the case is closed
- every withdrawal is checked before it is sent, and may be refused or delayed, including to prevent fraud, money laundering, the financing of crime, or a breach of sanctions. Where the law requires it, we report to the authorities
- a transfer to the wrong address cannot be brought back. Check the address before you ask
- you are responsible for the law that applies to you on receiving digital currency, and for any tax on it
Checking that Keys add up
We check all the time that the Keys on every account add up against what came in and what went out. If they do not, spending, paying other members and withdrawals may be frozen on that account while it is checked. A freeze is not a finding against you, and nothing is reversed without a reason being given.
You are responsible for what you publish
You are the producer of everything you post, send, upload, sell or stream on KinkEU, and of everything you ask the AI Studio to make. You are responsible for it, for having every right and permission it needs, and for what happens because of it. The acceptable use document, the community guidelines and the content policy are part of these terms.
For everything you publish or send, you promise that:
- every person shown, heard or described as taking part is an adult, 21 or over when it was made
- every person shown agreed to being recorded and agreed to it being published here, and has not withdrawn that agreement
- you own it or have every right needed to publish it here
- it is lawful where you are and where the people you share it with are
- adult and strong material is marked as such, as the content policy says
Where the law asks the producer of sexually explicit material to check and keep proof of each person's age, identity and consent, keeping that proof is your duty. If we ask for it, because of a report, a doubt or a legal duty, you must show it to us within the time we give you. If you cannot, we may remove the material.
A person shown in your material may withdraw their agreement to it being published here. If they tell us, through the report press or the contact form, it comes down.
Your responsibility for your own material does not take away the duties the law puts on KinkEU itself, which are described in the next section.
How KinkEU handles what members publish
KinkEU hosts what members publish. It does not write it, choose it, approve it or adopt it, and it does not check each item before it appears. Apart from what the law requires, KinkEU has no general duty to watch what members publish or to look for anything unlawful in it.
What KinkEU does:
- posts, messages, profiles and streams have a report press. Use it when something breaks these terms or the law
- anybody, including people without an account and authorities, can send a notice of unlawful content through the contact form. Say exactly where the content is and why you think it is unlawful
- we confirm that we received a notice, decide on it carefully, objectively and without undue delay, and tell the person who sent it what we decided and how to challenge that decision
- where the law requires certain content to be looked for, such as material showing the sexual abuse of a child, KinkEU uses automated tools to find it, and people review what those tools find
- automated tools also help sort reports and find likely breaches. A decision that removes your content or restricts your account can always be reviewed by a person if you appeal
- we keep adult material away from children: the age rules and the age checks are described in the age eligibility and age assurance document
The reports, removal and appeals document says how notices, decisions, reasons and appeals work, step by step, and how long each step takes.
What we may do, and how you can challenge it
When content or conduct breaks these terms, our rules or the law, or when it is needed to protect a person, we may remove or hide content, limit who sees it, hold a payment that is part of the breach, and restrict, suspend or close an account. We decide case by case, carefully, objectively and in proportion to what happened, and we take into account the rights and interests of everybody involved, including freedom of expression.
When we act, we tell you what we did, why, which rule or law it was under, whether it came from a report or from our own finding, whether automated tools were used, and how to challenge it, unless the law forbids telling you. You can appeal for at least six months after the decision, free of charge, as the reports, removal and appeals document says. Acting on content is not a decision about any agreement between members and is not compensation to anybody.
Members who often publish clearly unlawful content, or who often send clearly unfounded reports, are first warned and may then be suspended for a stated time.
Lines that are never crossed
Whatever else these terms say, the following is never allowed on KinkEU and is removed as soon as we know of it:
- anybody under 21, in any picture, recording, drawing or description, and anything that sexualises a child
- a real person shown, or made or changed to be shown, in a sexual way without their agreement
- material made without the agreement of everybody in it, or that shows, or realistically appears to show, sex without consent
- sexual exploitation and trafficking of any person, and anything that arranges it
- anything else the content policy and the acceptable use document forbid
Material that is lawful in some countries and unlawful in others is withheld where it is unlawful, as the content policy says.
We report material showing the sexual abuse of a child, and information that suggests a threat to a person's life or safety, to the authorities where the law requires it.
The AI Studio
The AI Studio makes text, pictures, films and music from what you ask for.
- you direct it. What you ask for, the references you give and what you do with the result are your responsibility
- what you make there is yours to use, lawfully and within these terms. You are its producer, as you are of anything else you publish
- the lines above apply to everything you ask for and everything you make, including that no real person may be shown without their agreement and that nobody may be shown as, or made to look like, a child
- every result is marked as made with AI. You may not remove that mark or present a result as a real recording of a real event
- results can be wrong, unexpected or like something that already exists. Check a result before you rely on it or publish it
- we may refuse a request, stop it, or remove a result, under the same rules as any other content
Safe, sane and consensual
Safe, sane and consensual play is each member's own responsibility. Agree your limits before you play. Anybody may stop at any moment.
Other members and outside links
We are not responsible for what other members do, say or offer. We are not responsible for sites, payment links or services outside KinkEU, even when a page here links to them.
Limits on our liability
KinkEU is liable without limit for loss caused on purpose or by gross negligence, for death, injury to body or health, for fraud, under product liability law, and wherever else the law does not allow liability to be limited.
For other loss caused by simple negligence, KinkEU is liable only where it breaks a duty that is essential to the service, one you must be able to rely on for the service to work at all, and then only for the loss that was typical and foreseeable when you joined. To the extent the law allows, KinkEU is not otherwise liable for indirect loss, for loss of profit or income, or for what another member does.
Nothing here removes a right that the law gives you as a consumer, and nothing here limits the remedies the law gives you when something you paid for does not work as described.
If your content or conduct causes a claim
If you break these terms or the law, or publish content that infringes somebody's rights, and you are at fault, you are responsible for the loss this causes KinkEU, as the law says. That includes a claim another person makes against KinkEU because of your content or conduct, and the reasonable cost of defending against it. KinkEU tells you about such a claim promptly and lets you take part in answering it. This does not cover fines or costs that come from KinkEU's own failure to meet its own duties.
You may stop using KinkEU and close your account at any time.
Problems and disputes
If something goes wrong, tell us first through the contact form. Most problems are solved that way. A decision about your content or account can be appealed as the reports, removal and appeals document says. If you live in the European Union, you may also take such a dispute to a certified out of court dispute settlement body. Nothing here stops you from going to a court.
The law that applies
If you use KinkEU as a consumer, you keep the protection of the rules of the country where you live that cannot be set aside by agreement, and you may bring a claim in its courts.
KinkEU is offered worldwide. Where a document here names the law of a particular country or of the European Union, that is law KinkEU follows; it does not mean KinkEU is only for people there.
If part of these terms does not hold
If a court finds that a part of these terms cannot be enforced, that part is applied as far as the law allows and the rest stays in force. Not acting on a breach is not giving up the right to act on it later.
Reaching us
Reports about content go through the report press. Notices of unlawful content, requests from authorities and everything else go through the contact form on the contact page, which is our point of contact for members, the public and authorities. The contact point document says which subject to choose, which languages we answer in, and how authorities reach us. Requests about your personal data may also be sent to privacy
Changes
This document carries a version. When it changes the version changes, and the version you accepted is kept alongside your account, with a fingerprint of the exact words. If a change matters to you, you are told before it applies, and you may close your account if you do not accept it. A translation is published only when it is complete: you are never shown a half updated version in your own language.
