How members, the public and authorities reach KinkEU, for everything from a question to a legal notice. This is our single point of contact for members and for authorities.

One door for everybody

The contact form on the contact page is the way to reach us. It is open to everybody, with or without an account. Every message gets a reference, shown on the screen at once, and is answered by KinkEU.

Requests about personal data may also be sent by email to privacy@kinkeu.com.

Which subject to choose

• a question about KinkEU: anything general
• I cannot sign in or reach my account: getting back in
• something unsafe, or somebody's behaviour: a person at risk, a threat, the sexual abuse or exploitation of a child, which may be reported without your name
• a legal notice, a copyright claim or a takedown request: notices of illegal content, claims about rights, and requests from authorities
• a privacy or data request: your rights over your personal data
• a security problem you found: a fault that could put members at risk
• press and media, a business enquiry, and working here as a provider

Inside the app

Members can also report anything from the thing itself, with its report press, and appeal a decision in the app. The reports, removal and appeals document says how.

Languages

You can write to us in any of the languages this site is published in. We answer in English, and we may also answer in the language you wrote in. Authorities may write to us in English, or in any official language of the European Union, and we answer in English.

For authorities

Courts, police, regulators and other authorities of the European Union, its member states, the United Kingdom and other countries reach us through the same form, choosing the subject for a legal notice. Say which authority you are, how we can confirm that the request is genuine, and what you are asking for. The law enforcement requests document says how we handle orders and requests for information.

What to expect

• confirmation and a reference at once
• the most urgent matters first: a child, a person shown without agreement, a threat to life or safety, and orders from authorities
• an answer to the address you gave. Answers come from KinkEU, never from a person's name

There is no telephone line. The form, the report press and the privacy address are the ways to reach us, and each of them is read.

This document carries a version. When it changes the version changes, and a translation is published only when it is complete.
